This caught my eye from the hundreds of art pieces in my inbox just from the colors alone, but it wasn't until a closer examination saw the meticulous dappling technique did I fully realize how magnificent this piece was.
Just by looking at it, one can tell the huge amount of effort that went in to making this the wonder work of art it is.
The only critique I can think of (as I always include some) is that it is quite simple. While simplicity is beauty in a great deal of cases, I feel something a little extra would have benefitted this. Perhaps a more noticeable change in the background as it rises higher away from the satyr would help.
All in all, a stellar piece. Thank you for sharing it with us.
